Having stayed here for business on a number of occasions now, I still arrive and see something interesting I hadn’t noticed before. Beautiful grounds, great food and helpful staff make it a dependable choice. I last stayed in the Allo Allo suite (the history of which is displayed on the wall) and the room was quiet and clean.

Great afternoon at Lynford Hall Walks and Arboretum very enjoyable, so much to see. Free parking, good picnic areas and can Paddleboarding in the lakes.

Stunning 😍 place. Was proposed in the gardens 🥰 Stayed there before and after wedding. Hubs booked the room for me to stay before wedding with a view to gardens where he proposed me but unfortunately our booking was messed up and I had to stay in different room with a view to front entrance as out room was given to someone else 🥲 So kind of bitterly happy night before... Other than that the place is mesmerising.

Internet connection sometimes not great but everything else was so good. Staff very friendly, grounds are stunning and it's a beautiful large house. Food is amazing. I loved it and will definitely go back.

Beautiful hotel and restaurant! With very helpful and kind staff. The grounds are stunning with many walking paths, trees, and a beautiful garden. We have enjoyed our stay.

Super gross and a huge letdown at £95 per head is disgusting. Everything tasted and looked frozen sidelined with an awkward and unprofessional dining service in a restaurant with no atmosphere. Our vegetarian christmas dinners actually look like something bought frozen from Gregg's.

Shower in room took forever to work, rang reception twice, just told 'everyone has trouble with that shower, just keep trying'. No TV remote, reception said 'should be one, nothing they can do about it now' Food was luke warm and the only veg was three rock hard sprouts and half a carrot. Had our meal, was then told we had to go back outside (luckily it wasn't raining) and queue outside in the freezing cold, to get into the ballroom, when there was clearly a set of double doors through from the dining room/bar into the dance and stage area. However staff in general were very nice, venue is beautiful, band was amazing.

Lynford Hall has been great. We are in the family room and it is spacious and very functional. The staff are extremely polite and helpful. Highly recommend!

Accommodation was not to bad however very disappointed with the actual service received while there.
A prime example is as follows:
Had a booked appointment for breakfast, we’re the food was even pre ordered to accumulate our time frame, however food arrived 45 minutes late and the taste of the food was pre heated/cooked at the best.
After patiently waiting to find a staff member to try and find out what’s going on and why the delay, nobody seemed to answer our question and just left us to wait.
Also a point to note is the WiFi coverage was really poor, however this is understandable for the area we was in.
This review has been left on behalf of my parents who visited this site last weekend.

This Place has immense character! The architecture was absolutely stunning. The rooms were clean the staff was great. The grounds were beautiful and there were lots of trails and ponds and wildlife to see. The dining was so good we ended up eating and drinking there for our entire stay instead of venturing out. Definitely recommend!

What a wonderful hotel. We celebrated a family occasion there and I could not rate this hotel more highly. The service was wonderful and the food was absolutely delicious. The hotel setting is so peaceful surrounded by the most beautiful gardens and arboretum. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
